DUBAI: GE Power (NYSE: GE) is highlighting the future of power generation at the 19th Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition (WETEX 2017), organized by the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), from October 23 to 25. Under the theme ‘The Future of Power Generation’ GE Power is showcasing industry-leading technologies at WETEX 2017 that offer greater efficiency, flexibility, sustainability and savings for the power sector. These include GE’s 9EMax gas turbine upgrade solution, which can help cut annual fuel costs by as much as $5 million, while creating the potential for up to $6 million in additional revenue, as well as its cross-fleet portfolio of solutions that support more than 90 original equipment manufacturers’ (OEM) brands of gas and steam turbines, generators, boilers and other balance-of-plant equipment.
