KARACHI: Hanif Suleman Jiwani popularly known as HSJ has been in business since 1980 when he joined his family business named H.S.J Steel Industries. This family business was founded by his father Suleman Ahmed Jiwani during 1975.
According to Mr. Hanif Suleman Jiwani, it has always his immense desire to face new challenges and set forth greater goals for himself and for his organization. This resulted in exploring new business sectors.
After huge success of their family business H.S.J Steel Industries, which is now one of the largest manufacturers of steel reinforcement Bars in Pakistan, Hanif Suleman Jiwani decided to explore and venture into ever evolving ‘property construction & development sector’, by launching h.s.j constructions, builders & developers. Their first project HSJ ICON is Pakistan’s tallest residential building with 46 stories, each floor will have 8 apartments. There will be two (02) dedicated floors for basis amenities and basement + 7 floors for car parking. This tallest residential building in Pakistan will be built with earthquake proof structure and sound proof glasses. Main tower will be equipped with four elevators + one cargo lift.
