Last week tried ‘Beef Yakni Pilao’ by Zaiqa on Wheels and I would say that both quality and quantity felt spot-on. It was more on the spicy side and because of it being too much spicy, I would rather call it ‘White Biryani’, instead of calling it ‘Beef Yakni Pilao’.
Best part of this ‘Beef Yakni Pilao’, was it’s quantity and quality of meat in our ordered ‘Beef Yakni Pilao’. It felt like 100% ‘heifer-meat’ (bachiya-ka-ghost) with being softer, more-tender and more delicate flavour.
For ‘White Biryani’, I would highly recommend Zaiqa on Wheels.
