The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Karachi hosted a get-together with the Indonesian Community in the Sindh Province, in conjunction with the celebration of Batik Day, 2 October 2021, and was opened by Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia H.E. Dr. June Kuncoro Hadiningrat.
The event primarily highlights the importance of national citizenship registration for Indonesian citizens who are living overseas. The program also virtually invites the Director General for Citizenship and Civil Registration, Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Indonesia as a speaker to provide information and step-by-step guidelines for the Indonesian citizens on how to properly register their citizenship status, as well as information regarding the regulations of limited dual nationality.
