KARACHI: Biz Today International received invitation by team Howdy Khyaban-e-Sahar, DHA. Mr. Fareed Niazi, Regional Director Howdy and Chef Faiza Bilal Khan from 7 Chef Consultant and Chef Jalal Haider, Director Sindh of Howdy and Founder 7chefs Consultant hosted the gathering with great enthusiasm.
The unique Howdy’s first ever branch launched in 12.12.12 from Johar Town Lahore. Now Howdy has 10 branches, 5 in Lahore, 3 in Islamabad and 2 in Karachi.
Howdy is first ever restaurant to introduce charcoal grill burgers in Pakistan. They create different variants to influence client.
A burger must be soft and moist, yet it should not disintegrate in your hands. Burger that lacks this texture feels like you’re eating an old tire. Their burgers are perfectly prepared, budget friendly and complete serving to satisfy client. Besides burgers they serve steaks, sandwiches, deserts, cold and hot beverages.
Howdy Pakistan is all set to launch this Halloween, chicken, finger licking, enthralling burger line called ‘Amazingers’.
Basic idea behind this launch is to give customers a unique blend of brand new taste to explore new variations with fried chicken that are less crispy, less spicy, juicy and soft. So the customer get further more flavours in thrilling ambience.
First Amazinger is Crispy bae that is served in potato bun with creamy Chipotle (in-house made). It was my favourite of all three amazingers. Loved the feeling of hot and bit sweet sauce and soft juicy chicken.
Second Amazinger was Stringer which is served in potato bun with tango sauce and jalapeño on top. It was bit crispy and combination of tangy and hot flavour. Taste of burger was even from first to last bite. I loved the combination of hot and tangy flavour with moderate crispy chicken.
Last but not least was Yay Cheese served in seeded bun with combination of mac n cheese patty with sweet chilli sauce.
It was double patty, sweet crispy spicy tangy with mac n cheese and sweet chilli sauce. I loved the taste and combination, it was rich flavoured and very unique combination, never had before.
Thank you Mr. Fareed, Chef Faiza and Howdy team for a wonderful evening at your restaurant. We had a truly memorable time, and enjoyed meeting and eating. Specially your ‘Haloween trick and treat’ was remarkable. Your food was simply divine. Howdy, a hidden gem!
