DUBAI: Indian singer Shreya Ghosal proved her fame and popularity after 20 years in music, as Expo 2020 Dubai visitors watched her performance in awe at Jubilee Stage on Saturday, 19 February, 2022.
At the popular event, multi-awarding Ghosal delighted the audience with live renditions of her most famous songs, such as Manwa Laage, Tu Meri Dost Hain, and Saans.
Despite the roaring, excited cheers when Ghosal walked on stage in a vibrant pink dress, the audience quickly shifted to a hush as she hit the soprano heights of ultra-high notes with perfect tone.
During the concert, Ghosal paid homage to A.R. Rahman, celebrating his work with the Firdaus Orchestra, and referring to Expo 2020 Dubai as a magical global platform.
