In the spirit of the holy month of Ramadan, Property Finder Bahrain, the top real estate portal in the country, collaborated with Al Sanabel Orphan Care Society to host an Iftar and a Gerga’on celebration for 70 orphans at the Downtown Rotana Hotel Manama.
“We are delighted to be able to share this day with the children of Al Sanabel Orphan Care Society, by hosting a fun and lively Iftar. We are committed to giving back to the society, and celebrating Gerga’on with the children,” commented Khaled Al Saeh, Country Manager Bahrain & KSA. “Property Finder Bahrain is excited to contribute to this CSR initiative and deliver the special message of unity and togetherness during the holy month of Ramadan.”
The event, which was hosted on Thursday the 14th April 2022, aimed to raise the Gerga’on spirit amongst the children, aged between six and 11 years, at the orphanage during the weekend. With the entire iftar venue at the Downtown Rotana Hotel Manama at their disposal, the children had plenty of room to play various games and activities after their meal. The entertainment included Gerga’on bags, face painting, prize competitions, a painting corner, a magic show, and of course the traditional “fraisa” dance segment including local Ramadan character costumes. The entire Property Finder Bahrain team was present and were able to spend time with the children throughout the evening.
The iftar falls in line with Property Finder Bahrain’s CSR initiative, and special Gerga’on gift bags were also sent to the children at the orphanage to celebrate this occasion.
