DUBAI: The first residents of Meera Tower at The Residence Collection, Al Habtoor City have moved into their new homes. Meera Tower, available for rent, incorporates 344 luxury apartments on the banks of the Dubai Water Canal.
The high-end homes, which range from one to seven bedrooms, boast stunning views of Dubai’s famous skyline. Each bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom. Residents also enjoy the region’s largest resort-style pool deck, which spans more than 120,000 square feet. In addition, they benefit from the three five-star hotels within the Al Habtoor City complex (The St. Regis Dubai; The Westin Dubai, Al Habtoor City; W Dubai – Al Habtoor City).
More than 115 tenants have moved into Meera Tower just one week after the official certification was granted. A further 90 families are expected over the coming weeks.
Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, Founding Chairman, Al Habtoor Group said, “I am delighted that the first residents of Al Habtoor City have moved into their new homes. This location has always been sought-after since the days of The Metropolitan and Habtoor Residence, which was always in high demand.”
He added, “The Residence Collection is unrivalled in terms of location, facilities and quality. We are seeing exceptional demand for both rental and sales. Where else in the world do residents enjoy such benefits? Al Habtoor City offers it all – hospitality, sports and leisure right on the doorstep.”
Wilson Saldhana, Senior Client Manager, Asteco said: “Tenants are delighting in the facilities available to them. The units are flooded with light, each bedroom has an en-suite and the open-plan kitchens come fully fitted with appliances. The residents are not only buying into the property itself, but they are also buying into the lifestyle.”
Al Habtoor City incorporates the three hotels managed by Marriott International, three residential towers (Meera, Noora and Amna), a leisure complex which includes an air-conditioned tennis court for year-round play, multiple restaurants and café, and an RTA marine stop on the Dubai Water Canal. It is also home to La Perle by Dragone, the region’s first permanent aqua show exclusively choreographed for the complex. In addition to the hotels, Al Habtoor City residents have the additional benefit of The Atrium, the vibrant dining epicentre of the complex which features four distinct restaurant choices ranging from global to home-grown concepts.
