PINE Global celebrates Graduation Ceremony Cohort 4 & 5.0

December the month of festivities, PINE Global kicked off with two celebrations, first celebrating 3 years of empowering entrepreneurs and secondly completing the graduation ceremony of its Cohorts 4 and 5.0.

CEO Erum Masood in her opening remarks congratulated the incubatees and welcomed the panel of Judges. A special note of thanks to Michelle Curry CEO of TOQQA Global for her support and partnership with Cohort 5.0. Further, she mentioned that she is extremely grateful to her trainers Abeer Ahmed, Perwaiz Ishtiaque, Ambreen Kokab, and the new mentor on board Misha Irshad

During her address to the audience, Ms. Masood emphasized the importance of celebrating entrepreneurship and the social enterprise impact globally and it is essential for the youth and beyond to create their own space for themselves.

The diversified panel included PINE’s Lead Trainer Burhan A. Saiyed, Board of Adviser Fatima Ali an Investment Banker, Tony Hudson Economic Officer, US Consulate Karachi, Anika Moiz, CEO and Founder Boss Women, Sukaina Abbas CEO of Enchante Jewelry, Adnan Ishtiaq Director Almas Jewelers and Shehr Bano Hussain Co-Founder Atverk. . Among the other guests included the mentors and trainers of PINE Global and the incubatees of the previous cohorts along with the graduating cohorts 4 and 5.0

The First Chartered Marketer, Anika Moiz, mentioned the importance of marketing the products with a special focus on organic marketing. Fatima Ali, BOA was thoroughly impressed with the matter and advised them to focus on their financials. Burhan A. Saiyed, emphasized story-telling to attract the audience.

Sukaina Abbas praised Ms. Masood for her selfless intentions behind the efforts she makes in the journey of startups. Adnan Ishtiaque complimented the vision of PINE GLOBAL and wishes the startups to have their presence in the Pakistani market.

Tony Hudson, Economic Officer advised the startups that they should focus on the storytelling part as it connects them with the customers.

Ms. Hussain advised leveraging the network and applauded the PINE Team and Ghinaa Khan for her excellent coordination and support to the incubatees.

The creative support by Mariam Bawani and Friends of PINE Mulyca Khan, Khawaja Hamza, and Wajahat Hussain. The event was followed by a certification ceremony and HI tea.

Induction into PINE was just the start of the journey for the graduating cohorts. The startups had to demonstrate both business development and growth inside the confines of their founding team to graduate. The founders participated in numerous investor and community engagement events throughout the year, as well as innumerable mentorship and coaching meetings.
