SHARJAH: Al Montazah Parks, Sharjah’s premier family entertainment destination managed by the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), invites visitors to explore the unique attractions of Pearls Kingdom as summer comes to a close.
Inspired by the legendary ‘Pearl of Knowledge,’ Pearls Kingdom can accommodate up to 7,000 visitors and features an impressive 36 water slides and attractions, including Mystery River, Pirate’s Den, Forgotten Valley, and The King’s Palace. The park also includes a slide tower and a dedicated children’s water slide, designed for ages 4 to 14, with a capacity for 110 youngsters. The park is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
This summer, Pearls Kingdom embraced a tropical theme ‘Tropical Wonders’ with vibrant decorations, themed props, and the launch of ‘Tropicano’, a new F&B outlet offering refreshing drinks and mocktails. The ‘Tropical Wonders’ campaign has also included exciting competitions and raffle draws, with prizes such as iPhones and iPads.
Ladies’ Day Finale and Emirati Women’s Day Celebrations
Every Tuesday, Pearls Kingdom hosts Ladies’ Day, offering women a private, exclusive waterpark experience with a live DJ, Zumba sessions, and water aerobics. The final Ladies’ Day of the season will be on August 27, 2024, featuring special surprises and giveaways. The park will offer special discounts and gifts to female guests to honour Emirati Women’s Day on August 28, 2024.
Looking Ahead: More Excitement at Al Montazah Parks
As the summer campaign draws to a close, Al Montazah Parks is gearing up for more thrilling events. The Island of Legends amusement park will reopen by mid-October 2024, with the highly anticipated Costume Festival, a two-week celebration featuring themed decorations, exciting shows, and competitions. Additionally, a Winter Festival is planned for December, with more details to follow.
Sharjah’s iconic Al Montazah Parks, known for its thrilling water rides and exceptional family experiences, has also been recognized with the Traveler’s Choice Awards 2024, affirming its status as a top destination.
