The event showcased the convergence of cutting-edge technology and future-proof insights, aligning seamlessly with Pakistan’s ambitious future trajectory.
The SAP Innovation Day highlighted the transformative power of artificial intelligence in business, drawing together an impressive array of industry titans, thought leaders, and seasoned professionals from diverse sectors. A prerecorded talk by Syed Babar Ali, the respected philanthropist, Founder of Packages Limited and LUMS, was the highlight of the event. Commenting on the scope of technology in business, he said “Technology has enabled managers to become good managers, they make better business decisions based on logic and facts. Saquib Ahmad, Country Managing Director, SAP Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq & Bahrain, in his keynote, highlighted AI’s transformative power in reshaping the business landscape, “AI in business is transforming how businesses utilize data. With AI-powered insights, companies can shift from looking backwards to anticipating what lies ahead and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market. AI’s role in business is to simplify and streamline complex decision-making. SAP is committed to bringing AI tools to the forefront of enterprise technology, for optimized operations, improved customer experiences, and accelerated innovation.” He elaborated how business AI is not about replacing jobs; it is about enabling people to do their jobs better. “By embedding AI into our solutions, we empower users to focus on strategic, high-value tasks while AI takes care of the repetitive and mundane,” he added.
