I am Cyma Ahmed owner of Dessert Factory. I run my YouTube channel by the name of Cyma’s Way.
I’ve been doing this work since 2009 when I went to America, I did my patisserie Chef course from California and then came back in 2011 and decided to open my own home confectioners, so I open this in 2011 by the name of Dessert Factory.
I’m on Facebook Instagram since then I’ve been doing an exquisite desserts range and savoury as well .I’ve been engaged in fondant toppers and fondant cakes, buttercream cakes, ganache,Pavlova, Apple pie, Banoffee pie brownies and lots more.
I’ve received several awards in this field recently got a Chef’s collar from CHEF ID and certificates. I’ve been doing cooking shows on TV, at different cooking channels , Hum Masala , Dawn News HNow Channel and Venus channel are in the list.
Im currently active in few Enterpreneur support systems such as Ladies Fund, CEBO ( worked here for 1 year as executive team coordinator) under Chef Samia Lari’s supervision.
I opened my own fast food cafe by the name of STREATERY, where gourmet fast food and desserts were offered.
