KATI President Junaid Naqi inaugurates DRSWA project Sasta Tandoor at Allahwala Town, Korangi

KARACHI: Opening of 5th “Sasta Tandoor” a project of Defence Residents Social Welfare Association (DRSWA) was held at Allahwala Town, Korangi Industrial Area. At the outset Junaid Abdul Qadir recited the Holy verses.

The 5th Outlet is in continuation of efforts by Syed Moiz Shah, Aamir Churra and entire team of DRSWA to provide quality meal to needy persons on subsidised rates. DRSWA charge only Rs:50/- for a Salan & Rs:10/- for a Roti which is not available in any part of the City.

Junaid Naqi President KATI alongwith Zubair Chayya inaugurated the Outlet. Naqi said that KATI would go a long way with DRSWA to open new & maintain the existing SASTA Tandoor outlets. Zubair Chayya emphasized that by the end of year 2025 there should be 50 Outlets across the City.

Earlier, Aamir Churra addresed the gathering and extended his gratitude to all the donors of DRSWA with special thanks to Danish Aman Chairman Pakistan Tanners Association. Syed Moiz Shah President DRSWA briefed the audience about the structure and other ongoing projects of DRSWA.

Danish Aman, Zahid Hameed & AsifSheikhJavaid also expressed their views.

DRSWA mementos were presented to the Chief Guest & Guests of Honor.

Other Prominent guests at the event were Rizwan Jaffar senior anchorperson , Munir Arbi, Dr. Kaiser Waheed, M. Ikram Rajput, Mustafa Humayun, Aamir Shafiqwadhavan & many industrialists from Korangi.
