DUBAI: Prominent businessman Mr. Asif Majeed Panawala hosted a grand mehendi as a part of wedding celebration of his daughter Amna Asif. Event took place at one of the most spacious venue available i.e. Arkadians, which is famous for hosting grand scale events.
Mr. Asif Majeed Panawala, who owns and runs Al-Jadeed Properties, Al-jadeed builders & developers and Al-Jadeed Super Market is also very active on serving back to the community and he is currently serving as president of Jetput Memon Association (JMA) and also as President International Memon Organization (IMO).
Gand mehendi was attended in huge numbers by prominent official dignitaries, politicians, businessmen, socialites and selected members of press (social-media).
Event itself spoke in volumes about the highest level of quality that it offered to its guests. Starting from entrance followed by walkway all the way to the floor and then to the stage, all of them were designed in a very grandly manner and walking on the ramp felt like walking in dreams all the way to heaven. Overall ambiance was top-notch which gave a very dreamy and heavenly feel to it.
Food was also of top-quality and was sourced from top-of-the-line eateries of Karachi. My personal favorite was of the lot of was beef-nihaari which according to one waiter was sourced from Idress Nihaari, one of the best nihaari-maker in Karachi. All of main-courses, side-course, desserts (especially maal-pura) and drinks like fresh-juices and traditional drink limca-soda served as refreshing treat to already impressed guests.
To make this event even more memorable, prominent singer Ali Zafar was invited to perform live for the guests of the evening and his tantalizing and engaging performance made it all too special and more memorable.
Overall it was fun-filled event with excellent top notch ambiance, dances, music and food. Grand Mehendi has something for everyone and can be described as a memorable and unforgettable event.
