Capturing the essence of Italy at every turn, the tranquil, light-filled oasis brings the warmth of Tuscan charm to the city, inviting guests to enjoy its new food and drink menus in style.
The Sunset Escape is an idyllic new activation to Ballarò Terrace, running from Monday to Friday, 5:00pm – 8:00pm. Kick back, refresh and let the day melt away at this weekday retreat, with a brand new menu of handcrafted signature cocktails, such as the zesty Cornicello, a mix of Tanqueray Royale, cranberry juice and red chilli pepper, or the refreshing Fuga nei Sogni, a pomegranate-infused vodka creation with basil and sweet & sour. The menu features signature drinks from AED 45, paired with delectable à la carte nibbles and live DJ beats. Sip, savour and soak up the sunset as Ballarò Terrace makes your week taste that much sweeter.
Ballarò Terrace’s new cocktail menu is perfect for every day of the week, as its crafted cocktails celebrate the charm of Italy’s landscapes, its lively markets and sunlit coastlines through authentic ingredients, a creative touch and a fresh twist for Dubai. Guests can try the Riflessi di Stelle, inspired by the journey of Sicilian bananas; the Dolce far Niente, which offers a taste of Lombardy’s decadent flavours; or a classic cocktail that brings together timeless Italian flavours, from a Negroni to a Boulevardier. For those wanting to indulge in an alcohol-free sip, the new menu comprises a Zero Cocktail range embodying the essence of Italy, with fresh, sun-drenched ingredients, such as Romagna’s peaches and Sorrento’s citrus groves.
Italy is famous for its food and The Italian Job, Ballarò Terrace’s new business lunch is the perfect hunger antidote. Served from 12:30pm – 3:30pm from Monday to Friday, this top lunchtime deal serves an incredible array of dishes, such as Zuppa del Giorno, chef’s special soup of the day; Pollo Arrosto con Patate al Forno, Italian chicken breast, hand-cut roasted potatoes with rosemary; and Sorbetto al Limone, homemade lemon sorbet. Guests can enjoy two courses for AED 75 per person and three courses for AED 95 per person.
On Monday nights, Ballarò Terrace calls all pizza-lovers to come and enjoy its new Pizza & Hops evening. Running from 6:30pm – 11:00pm each week, diners can tuck into unlimited traditional Italian pizza and hops for AED 149 (per person for one hour). Taking tastebuds through Italy once more, the menu features classic pizzas, such as Margherita with tomato, fior di latte and basil, to indulgent dishes, such as Tartufo Nero, with mascarpone, white mushrooms, caramelised onions, parmesan shavings and black truffle.
For those with a penchant for pasta, Wednesdays were made for comfort food at Ballarò Terrace’s new Pasta Nights. Think warm and hearty home-made pasta perfectly paired with your choice of grape for a menu bursting with flavour and flair. Guests can enjoy pasta and a glass of grape for AED 89 per person, between 6:30pm – 11:00pm, choosing between dishes like Ravioli alla Carbonara, a classic recipe with creamy egg sauce, beef pancetta and Pecorino cheese, and Caserecce alla Bolognese, slow-cooked Black Angus beef ragout and grated ricotta.
